best card for me-not working at the mo

Hi can anyone recommend a card for me? Am on a career break til next year and have no income. Can I apply for a 0% interest credit card or will they decline me straight away? I want to transfer my overdraft onto a card to stop paying silly amounts of interest to my bank. Please help!

You'll find it difficult without any income i would say for any form of credit to be agreed.

Also you might want to review paying off an overdraft with a credit card as most companies will treat that as a cash advance, which probably means no introductory offers & you'll start paying a high APR from the minute you transfer it. Balance transfers are only there for CC debt from one card to another.

I'd advise getting yourself back into work ASAP and to get paying off that overdraft. The decision of having a career break when you owe money is a baffling one for me

Not really.

A card with SBT (Super Balance Transfer) capability such as Egg or MBNA allow transfers to a Bank Account.
