It means that your bills will go UP by £185 a year , subject to your initial usage that you put into the comparisons site being correct
It also means your gambling that atlantics prices go up MORE than 25%0 -
Atlantic said they are the last to increase their prices and the 1st to reduce them. Will the prices be going up more then 25% do you think? i heard BG went up 30 something% and on here somewhere it said another rise in jan 09 on the cards.........If i stay with Atlantic they said they will put me on their domestic tariff which is garanteed to be 2% cheaper then the price there charging others........It's all to confusing for me0

Watch out on this as their is a cancellation fee...
Im with atlantic and im going to ride it out...i dont buy all this scaremongering and legal blackmail thats going on0 -
I just called Atlantic again and the lady i spoke to said the Variable tariff is not available with Atlantic - They are part of 4 different companies.....
Im getting so confused with it all i think im going to stick with them - im ment to get some money back on mth 13 also so .....raaghhh confused0 -
I'm with Atlantic too, I'm sticking with them as they have been very fair, they are definitely one of the last companies to increase prices and I'm due my months rebate (£88) in December. Not sure if the price comparisons include that rebate, as with yourself capped tariffs are showing a loss of about £180 compared with what I'm currently paying to Atlantic. If that's £180 + the £88 rebate I'd also lose then for just over a years capping I don't think it's worth it. I wasn't aware atlantic had increased prices from 1/4/08 so I'm pretty sure we need to increase our payment from the current £88pm combined to something like £110-120 pm (with most of that increase going towards electric). My next Atlantic bill is due next week so I'll see how things are looking then.0

I hope you entered annual kWh consumption in the comparison site and not monthly Direct debit payments.0 -
