Click 5 is an 'online' tariff in the sense that you generally pay less than the standard rates (at the moment, the prices are less than the standard rates WERE, but the prices for Click 5 are very likely to rise in the next few weeks). There is no cancellation fee if you decide to change tariff or supplier. You have to get your bills 'paperless', though - they will be able to be viewed online 247/365, etc. You can enter meter reads (always a good idea), pay your bills, etc. online, but if you need to you can still call up the BG call centres and get help and advice.
One thing to note - if you call the BG call centre, they CAN NOT sign you up to this over the phone, you have to it yourself over the Internet.
