Xp switching from page to page

Hi how do I stop xp from switching from browser page to browser page ? I usually have a few browsers open and while I am waiting for a clicked link to open on one page I go to another but xp automatically switches back to the first when the clicked link is opening , this is annoying aspecially if I am typing someting , how…

I use IE7 with tabs exclusively. I would never want to go back to the dark old days of having to run multiple sessions of IE.
