Hi,
I'm moving into a flat tomorrow and wanted to choose the best electricty supplier for it. I'm quite happy going with an online tarriff but i'm unsure as to whether to cap or not. I'm only there for one year, and some caps seem to have a cancellation fee if you do not take it out till when they say (over 1 year).
Is it worth me capping with a company that has more costly power at the moment and take the cap, or is it worth me going with a cheap provider without the cap, or is it worth going with a cheap provider and taking the cancellation fee as a hit.
Thanks in advance!

Completely up to you, to be honest. I know that British Gas 2011 moves house with you if you decide to move. Perhaps it's worth investigating if any capped tariffs that you're looking at are portable.0
