Switching via Moneysupermarket
Switched to Scottish Power capped rate on Saturday online and had reply from Moneysupermarket saying request would be forwarded to Scottish Power.
Have not heard anything since from Scottish Power or existing supplier.
Should I have received something by now just to say application is being processed or will I just hear when it goes through?
Worried that I will miss out on the capped rate.
Thank you

You should have switched through Quidco and you would already be £72 up on cashback..0
