uSwitch says I wont save if I cap

I've just logged onto the uSwitch site and filled in all my details for capping.
Its showing Eon as the only supplier, however it says I wont save money by switching to this plan. Is it worth switching anyway ?
Current supplier for both gas/electric is Scottish Power.

Hi,
in the short run you might not save any money but with all the major companies expecting to follow British Gas Price rises you will certainly save in the future should prices continue to rise. The Scottish Power Fixed Price 2009 deal is still available this morning if you ring them direct or change through their website. I hope this helps!0
