What's Happened to My BT??

About 10 days ago I BT'd some money from my Egg card to pay off another credit card at a much higher rate. The money appeared on the card 2/3 days later and it is now cleared. However, the BT is still not showing on my Egg card even though I've now had the money for over a week. What should I do? Contact them or just wait and see what happens?
