or at least I think that's the case?
I've just switched to Scottish Power (SP) capped but when looking at the bills and filling in the application for SP I noticed that it doesn't say 'Dual Fuel' anywhere on my bills.
Though the tariff name is almost the same, for Gas I've got a 'Argos General Domestic' and for Electric 'Argos General Domestic NSC'.
Surely if I was on a dual fuel tariff I'd have saved money?

If you had both from SE you get a cheaper gas rate for being DF customer & only way of gaining Argos points . It would not have shown as Dual Fuel on bills. If you had called us we would have happily explained this to you0

I'm sorry but I don't understand that answer!
Are you saying that I was getting the cheaper rate from SE for being a dual fuel customer?
What do you mean "If you had called us .....", Are you from SE?0 -
If you are a Dual Fuel customer with SE you get your Gas at a cheaper rate only.Electric price remains the same.
You get ARGOS/AIRMILES points as a thank you for being with them for both fuels at NO EXTRA COST.
