Learning to drive - Any deals ?
Hi all !
I will be 17 in 4 weeks. Had my documents back from the DVLA today, birth certificate and national insurance as i sent off for my provisional 2 weeks ago. So my provisional should not be long :j .
Anyhow, was wondering if anyone knows any good deals where i can look please? e.g. book 5 lessons and save a bit, or a free lesson. Anything would be great ... thanks !

Well I've heard about BSM, they usually got offers but too be honest. I would say no. I've heard about how they actually try and keep you off driving as much as poss so that when the instructor sells the car he won't have done so much mileage! I would try and check with friends and family and get recommendations - if you are around sussex I know a couple.
Good Luck
Remember it isn't just about getting a good price, you want a decent instructor - and someone who isn't keen on keeping you backHelp me to help you :santa2:0 -
Remember, you are not buying a tin of beans, you are buying a service.
Find a good local instructor that your friends may have used, avoid the big companies, they are usually the worst.

Thanks.
I have found a local driving instructor which my dad went with around 10 years ago. 19 pounds a lesson and for a block of 10 lessons its 180 pounds, so i save 10 pounds. Excited and thanks !0 -
Does anyone have any reccommendations for driving instructors in the Uxbridge area? I completely agree with the idea of the instructor having to be great, rather than the lessons being cheap, so any ideas would be great.

Find someone who you can reccomend you one, i.e. friends and family who have learnt recently.
My reccomendation was a BSM instructor who I had through them. Had no problems with BSM, everything about the company was great. But I chose them because of the instructor.Green and White Barmy Army!0
