Capital One 4% cashback card --cashback level?

in Credit cards
In february I got one of these cards as I had some large expenditure coming up. In about April Capital One started putting a note on the card statements saying "since your last card rebate you have earned £x ....."
Mine however doesnt include the expenditure from the first two months of the card when the large expenditure was.
Messages to Cap1 have been met with two responses:-
1. Its a tecjnical fault which will be sorted out and
2. We have forwarded your resuest to the relevant department.
Anybody else have this issue with them

I've had an email from capital one to confirm that this is a technical fault and they are looking into the cause and it will be corrected in due cause.0
