Capital One 4% cashback card --cashback level?

In february I got one of these cards as I had some large expenditure coming up. In about April Capital One started putting a note on the card statements saying "since your last card rebate you have earned £x ....."

Mine however doesnt include the expenditure from the first two months of the card when the large expenditure was.

Messages to Cap1 have been met with two responses:-

1. Its a tecjnical fault which will be sorted out and
2. We have forwarded your resuest to the relevant department.

Anybody else have this issue with them

Why spam? Its a genuine query! I got a card in feb, spent money on it In March, April etc but from April they put a little note on your statement of the cashback earned. Mine doesnt include the money I spent in March and April!

I've had an email from capital one to confirm that this is a technical fault and they are looking into the cause and it will be corrected in due cause.
