calling system? how do you know if this has been done? it is just our bills seem to be a bit high so i would be surprised the software gets updated. anyone else know would appreciate. thanks in advance.

You need to programme it yourself to update.
Or you can get it done automatically to the MSE routing:

Maybe the clock is wrong on yours (which does happen from time to time). Force it to call home, and the time will be corrected if you don't want to correct it manually.0
