Anyone else use this thing? It's rubbish to be fair, but as I'm living at my mams at the moment, I didnt want to take out a broadband account at her address because I intend to move soon!
Problem is, they keep putting on this stupid content lock, it's like a parental internet lock, problem is, I'm almost 24 year old!
This is the second time in 4 weeks its not major but takes about 2-3 days to allow me to use the internet fully again. I tried to log on tonight because I HAD to check my email and they've done it AGAIN! I told him I'm becoming more annoyed by this and want to look into cancelling my contract, he said it wasnt his job and I'd have to speak to someone else, but all these Plug in modem internets were the same? Anyone know more about them?

when i got my new contract phone with a web and walk package it had the content lock. even facebook was blocked by it.
i phoned them up, answered a few questions, and they removed the block... it took around 10 minutes from calling them to being able to access sites.
the block shouldnt just come back.. if it does, it sounds like a problem at their end. call their support people and complain. the couple of times i've phone t-mobile, the people on the phone have been stupidly helpful. its almost a pleasure to phone them (uk based call centre)
if only all places had such helpful staff.0
