My raspberries have excelled themselves this year and I fancied having a go at raspberry brandy. Has anyone got any easy recipes you can help me out with?

    If you look on google there are lots of links to raspberry brandy recipesalthough this one looks very simple.

    made some raspberrry vodka yesterday

    just put the raspberrys in the bottle, added some sugar and topped up with vodka, will just shake it every few days until i think its ready

    its added to our bottles of bramble vodka sitting there, we have one with sugar and one without,, next will be the sloe gin lol
