Capped with BG this morning

I capped with BG (Dual fuel Click 5 to Dec 2009) through energy helpline, will I get this tariff? With the price rises today can anyone tell me if I've done good or bad, I'm still in the cooling off period so can cancel. Thanks

    yes u will but i reckon u over paid cos bg is the most.

    I also switched supplier this morning from npower to the BG Dec 09 capped price and received an e-mail confirming the capped Dec 09 price. I presume this must mean I have the old rate but am wondering as they hiked their prices today.
