  • Looking to be a Secret Santa spending up to £250. Mainly because I have been Christmas shopping for weeks buying when things were half price etc and of course taking up the bargains posted here from Woolies and Argos ;)

As I xmas shop @ argos every year, I took a look at their website this yea and made the most of their free delivery (now extended to 26.11). Save money on petrol with trips to town backwards and forwards! Buy when you want, and didn't even need to pay for the whole lot at once, free delivery on every order so did it over a week or so. Xmas shopping all done, gonna be good xmas! ;D ;D ;D

I used to be one of those who groaned when they saw their January credit card statement and took until April to pay it off! Now, each month my husband and I stick £25 each in a high interest savings account to pay for our Xmas shopping. £600 usually covers everything we need plus a bit left over to go out for a nice meal to de-stress after all the Xmas preparations.
