Need suggestions for dvd recorder

I have finally got fed up with my liteon dvd recorder and have decided to buy a replacement.
I am looking for suggestions at around the £100 mark.
The main requirements are:
2 scart connections,
Play and record with all the usual dvd media,
play vcd, svcd, jpg and divx
What I don't need:
An unknown brand unless it has excellent reviews.
A hard drive
A pioneer or a Liteon
I have seen a samsung dvd recorder(DVD-SR150M) with a digital tuner for less than £100 but am worried whether it would fit in with my setup( I intend to connect the new recorder to a digital cable input). Will having 2 digital sources be a problem?
