Anyone know which of the card-based savings accounts are accessible overseas?
The only two I know of myself are Woolwich Cardsaver (with a Visa Electron card) and Egg (with a Plus cash card).
I'd like one with a debit card and internet access but can't think of such a beast.

Surely any account with a cashpoint plus or cirrus symbol that has internet access would serve your purpose.
Or even a current account with a debit card and say an online saver where transfers between accounts are instant would also serve your purpose.0 -
Nationwide FlexAccount and e-Savings is the best for using abroad. You don't get any charges converting currency to sterling and it can be operated online. I have one and live in Spain and use it all the time. And they give good currency conversion rates too.0
