Capping or not to Cap update: Important update
Hello All
Having just spoken to Atlantic today (after we switched from N Power 4 months ago) they informed me that all the capping panic going is based on spin and to beware..
The capping offers were seeing are at inflated figures equal to or above the saving you'll make when any rises do occur. So does any one think this may be the case because at present its true my Price per Kw is much less with Atlantic than for instance going back to Npower.
Look forward to hearing your views,
Thanks

Believe that in the current climate and you'll believe anything. Atlantic would say this - they don't offer a capped tariff. I've been on the cheaper Eon tariff throughout the past few months, now just capped in the nick of time with British Gas. This was around 20% extra cost - which is the average price rises being announced right now. In other words as of today I'm breaking even.
There will be another price rise this year I'm certain. Once that happens I'll no longer be breaking even - I'll be saving a fortune.0
