can anyone help, i am running publisher 2007
i am trying to produce the artwork for a postcard to go off to a pro printers, they want in jpeg,tiff or pdf . font no less than point 6 and CMYK.
what i would like to produce is A6 size with a solid background fill in red. then i want an oval in white to fill as much space as possible. that ive done.
then i wish to have in largeish font across top my business name and around the bottom my tel #, and i wish to follow the curve of the oval. how do i get the text to follow this curve please.

Have you tried using the Word Art option - I have successfully followed curves in other microsoft applications using this.It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission0

I did this a couple of years ago. AFAICR I used Adobe Illustrator.0

Be wary what can look good in Publisher, doesnt always look so good when printed professionally.
Adobe Illustrator is the best method.0 -
word art is ok but you cannot get the text to cling to the outline in a uniform way, have DLd adobe elements thats done the job so far as the text on my screen look, but need to then have the colours in CYMK or greyscale, can do greyscale but not cymk. does anyone know if i save in G'S that the printers will know the colours, ie does it hide the code behind the view.Div 1 Play Off Winners 2007
