Possibly relevant - electric cars...
Wasn't sure where to post this, but wanted to tell of my findings at the motor show:
Nice Electric Cars ( http://www.nicecarcompany.co.uk/ze-0.html ) could be a good investment if you're buying in Autumn. Around £12k, they go at max 40 mph, last for about 60 miles, take 5 hrs to charge up and according to their rep, cost only 80p to 'fill up'.
Wonder how long it'll take to get an electricity tax through parliament?
