Ok, let's break it down to make it simple.
...TDS say I can lodge a dispute through them ...
    Why haven't you done this?

Then please put me on ignore or at least stop responding.

I will continue to post within the rules of this forum. If you wish to have a private discussion with only those who are of a like mind as you, I suggest you post in some private forum or other form of chat room.

There has been a development which strengthens my case but sadly I do not feel able to post it at this time. The comments of a small minority of posters, on both this and other threads, has led me to question their motives and even their identities - what's to say the defendants are not on this site?
I feel torn as this site has been a great source of advice and support but when I start to question whether I can trust the responders then its time to step back.
Of course I will let you know how things pan out and if I can help anyone else then please PM me but from my POV this thread is currenlt on hold.

Dear HGL, I have just read through your thread, I started reading it after I noticed you had thanked me for a post I made on EagerLearners thread on reclaiming deposits. Although my case was before the TDS system if you need any general advice about going to court please feel free to contact me. In the end I had 3 days at court so I feel quite experienced now!

Thank you Jenny, I will keep in touch.
I am concerned that all the great support and warmth generated by so many on this forum is being undermined by a minority and I again want to reitierate that I am so grateful to most.
