Latest status is - I sent an e-mail last night (about 4 or 5 hours after phoning).
Just clearly stating the problem and asking what has happened.
During the evening I did get a phone call from someone. The person (girl) sounded very good and I got the impression that she was taking the problem very seriously. She said she would investigate and get back to me as soon as possible.
So I am happy that they seem to be taking the issue seriously and right now I feel reasonably confident that they will truly investigate what happened.
I'll post on here what happens for those interested.0
