Moving house with Scottish Power 2011 fix

Hi all,
I'm on the SP 2011 fixed tarrif and have seem to remember you can't move it to another house, however Martin's email today says most tarrifs can be moved when you move house. Does anyone know if this is the case with SP 2011? I've tried ringing them but was on hold for ages & can't see it mentioned in the online guide.
