Hi

Can anyone advise ?
I have a bill of £890.00 with Swalec currently pay monthly ( all elec house storgae heaters) i can't afford to pay it all off in one chunk so does this mean I won't be able to switch as I pressume they would want you to clear all bill.

If so any suggestions on reducing my costs?
