I have a relative who is disabled and cannot get out of the house very often.They need the heating on all winter as they can't walk around to keep active and warm.They don't yet qualify for the heating allowance pensioners get and I was wondering if Scottish power,his supplier does disabled discounts as British Gas did.Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks.
