Rapid company formation / business bank account

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a company formation company that is likely to put me in the best position to open a business account ASAP?

There are so many on the web that promise so much but it would be good to hear a personal reccommendation.

Speed of company/bank account setup is more important than price in this case.

The simplest thing to do is find an accountant that offers this service. You should see what conditions are related to it though i.e. whether you have to use them as your accountant, if and how they charge you for this service.

Then go to the websites of the banks you are interested in banking with and find the business account you want. Phone the bank up and ask them how you open the account. If they say you can go into a branch i.e. like HSBC then ask what documentation you need.

If you personally have a bad credit rating then you may have difficulty in opening an account.
