I wonder if anyone can help please.
I've made a mistake in ordering a laptop bag that is too small for the laptop but I've only just discovered this and I'm over the 7 day return period (and obviously it's been opened).
I received the bag a week before the laptop, which arrived around 18th July. I didn't check it as I've ordered it for my daughter who is away at present. I've just tried to put it in the bag and it's too small. And yes, on checking the detail it does say suitable for 15" and its 15.4" (though on other sites it says 15.4")
On reading their returns policy it seems I can't as it isn't faulty. Any ideas please? I've tried to find a telephone number to contact them but can't see one. It's an expensive bag too - but I'm a good customer so hoping there is a way to return it!

I have trawled through the returns policy and it wouldn't be eligible, a. because it is opened and b. I'm over the 7 day limit. I couldn't have returned it within that time as I didn't have the laptop anyway.
On play.com it is advertised as 15" (now I've checked). It was on another that is said up to 15.4" - can't seem to find it now! I could have made a mistake as I looked at so many at the time. So it was my fault but obviously I haven't used it and I still need a bag!
