Getting to Gatwick airport
Hi guys
I need to get to Gatwick airport this Thursday afternoon and returning to Central London from Gatwick this Sunday night.
Work is paying so I'm not going to opt for a more stressful and longer journey time by taking a coach e.g.: easybus or nat express however would like to know my options. I have a Young Persons Railcard if this makes a difference.
Will I be required to book anything online in advance and have to print it?
Thanks

Just check the times on https://www.nationalrail.co.uk0 -
Gatwick Express is dearer than standard train, my daughter regularly goes from Kent or London to Gatwick, She goes into Victoria (from Kent) and changes trains straight to the airport, think she pays about £15 one way (she has student railcard thingy).0

Thanks for your replies.
Have to go to Gatwick again in a couple of weeks time. Does anyone know which train services running to Gatwick you can use a Young Person's Railcard on? For those applicable, is it always a third off?0 -
try searching on tfl... or the trainline for prices.0

I need to travel from London to Gatwick on 5th September (about 8pm).
I'll need to travel from Luton to London on a Sunday (3am).
I have a Young Persons railcard and therefore recieve a discount on SOME services.
What are my cheapest options? At the moment I'm considering Easybus but would take a train if it worked out cheaper with the YP discount?
Thanks in advance0 -

Victoria-Gatwick £6:25 with railcard, use Southern not Gatwick Express, Luton Airport??-St Pancras £7:20 with card. Buy on the day no need to book early.0
