Front Door, Rear Door and Dorma Replacement

Had a very well regarded builder/double glazer round today. Its a bit complicated, but will try my best. Its an old terrace, with lots of original features which we want to preserve and use good long lasting items.
Front Door - New "Rockdoor" door, new frames. Semi circular window above the front door replaced with double glazed. All original interior woodwork preserved and replaced.
Rear Door - uPVC door, third double glazed. New frame, door step, replacement of rotten wood. New fascia and guttering. New fascia and guttring along the extension the back door is attached to (approx 3m).
Dorma - Smallish (window approx 2m high x 1m wide) dorma on third floor. Replacement double glazed window with tilt and turn. Replacement roof on dorma, renewing with lead. Fascia on front of dorma replaced. Sides of dorma renewed with lead. Flashing all replaced. Also replace the back wall guttering (approx 7m). Scaffolding required for this job included in quote.
Total price - 4k!
Seems a lot to me, but from what I can gather the scaffolding would be about £400 alone, and the Rockdoor is about £1k's worth.
Any ideas?

that seems reasonable to me rockdoor alone would be approx 1400 rear door 550 window in dorma around 400.lead work is expensiveif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0

thanks. having thought about it, and having other quotes, we can see its pretty reasonable. We could get it all done cheaper, but the front door wouldnt be so good and the dorma would be more of a temp fox that something more permanent.
Are Rockdoors really worth the money?0 -
rock doors are worth the money we fit plenty and usually get a recommend off each one .if you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0

thanks. all ordered now - managed to get the same job (plus reboarding and plastering inside the dorma) down to £3450.00
Having worked it out I think we have done ok and if the job is done as described, its all going to look cracking.
have now seen a rockdoor myself, the one we are having, and they really do look the dogs!0
