hiya we are on a fixed 2 year rate not due to end till march 09 also on a dmp with cccs

I know a bit early but just wanted to see our rate is 5.1% at the moment with natwest

Would i have to stay with natwest due to my dmp just woundering what my options are

Hi. You'll probably get a better response on the Mortgage board, where a lot of mortgage brokers hang out or on the DFW board where the DMP experts live. This board's for people who want to pay off their mortgages ASAP.

I think that you will likely find it very difficult to remortgage away from Natwest, since your credit rating will be poor (due to dmp). Unfortunately, this will force you onto their SVR once your fixed/discount rate ends.
