whs are one of the most expensive places to buy books, even when they are on offer - I used to work there but even if I used staff discount I could still get cheaper elsewhere!Weight Loss - 102lb0

Thank you for your email.
I can confirm that we do not currently operate or advertise a policy of
charging the same prices for all of our products online and in store.
Certain promotions are made available at the same offer price in store and
online but many online prices are different to our store prices.
As we also use different supply companies this will sometimes mean that
although your local store may have stock of an item, we will be unable to
locate it and are not able to obtain stock allocated for sale in the high
street.0 -
WHSmith stores and WHSmith Online operate seperately, so you won't find the same prices on their website as in their shops. The usual suggestion of always checking out all possible suppliers before making purchase applies here.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

The WHS refund policy is fair enough in these sort of instances.
30 day return with reciept.
Just take it back, get a refund, then order online with free delivery to the store.
Because the online and stores work independently, sometimes the best buys can be the other way round. For example, this Fri/Sat, the Jamie Oliver book is £10 in the stores, but £12 online.Bad Spellers of the world untie0
