Paid for two items from buyer and only paid one delivery

My daughter bought two posters from same buyer the other day they charged us £2.75 delivery for each item. When they came today both posters were in the tube, postage was stamped £1.50 so I think reasonable £2.75 when you include the tube

What I am not happy is they charged me 2x£2.75 and should by right of sent them in two tubes by right as thats what I paid for. I realise that it makes sense to provide one, my point is, is it unfair to pocket the extra postage?

Is it reasonable to ask for some of it back?

It also says on the auction

COMBINED POSTAGE OFFER ON ALL POSTERS

Why not take advantage of our free shipping on additional posters offer. Unlike some of our competitors, we only charge once for shipping (per order) which means that if your order contains more than one poster, you only get charged one shipping cost regardless of how many posters you order. This offer is currently only limited to posters

Hi no. I have no idea how you do that anyway

I just ordered one paid and then ordered another and paid all via paypal

I am not against it being sent twice what I think is wrong is to charge me 2 deliveries when only one was paid for

I think either £2.75 or part of it to allow that extra bit of weight which is after all a poster and wont weigh much

Congrats by the way on 4000 posts

If you brought 2 items and paid for 2 sets of postage then I would expect them separate.

So no I don't think your being unreasonable.

I would just query whether you paid in one payment or in two?

Buyers that require combined postage from me must make one paypal payment as otherwise I pay the set paypal charge twice and it is more expensive. I also often overlook combined postage unless a buyer actually points out to me that they have more than one item. My paypal only shows multiple purchases before payment is made, once payment has been made through paypal seperately the orders show as seperate and I probably would not notice until I went to pack items.

However, it never hurts to ask a seller if they overlooked a partial refund.
