A & L Young Worker Current Account

My daughter has just started full time working at 18 years old, so low income of about £11k-£13k. It looks like the Alliance and Leicester Young Worker Current Account (new?) fits all she needs (mainly a good interest rate!) but it is not mentioned in the recommended current accounts - why? what's it's setback?
Anyone know anything other than the site blurb that I'm missing?

site is at: http://www.alliance-leicester.co.uk/currentaccounts/index.asp?page=yw-curr-acc&ct=curracchome

Thanks adrian

Interest rate is 0.25% . 4.25% is for linked saving account. Nationwide e-savings account (just for example) pays 4.75%, current account pays 1.25% (not the best rate) if £500 - £999 paid in each month.

I think it is clear now ...
And no incentives, no extras, non-existing CS ...
