Hello, I need to sort out my annual travel insurance and I was reading a thread a while ago where people who had actually claimed were reviewing the service., One of the insurance companies sounded quite good - seem to think it was 'direct......something'. I've had a search and can't find it 
Can anyone either give me some tips with good companies or paste the thread for me... Normally just go with Flexicover but would like to take out cover with a recommended company rather than just go for the cheapest on Moneysupermarket!

direct travel insurace?
I've bought an annual travel insurace with them through moneysuparmarket.com - people gave good feedback on them here and they were one of the cheapest, not yet had to claim though!0
