    Take some proofs of ID with you passport driving license utility bills ets......"if" your lucky they might be able to open the account while you wait...I know one member was given acc details etc on the same day all she had to do was wait for her cash card etc to come through the post

    A lot of nonsense for a basic account!!

    The fact my bank has froze my account makes me laugh, i have an offset account everything is in one...
    As my mortgage is off set to whats in my account ie my wages and GF wages my interest on my mortgage will go up, not by much but another way for the bank to cash in on the back of someones miss fortune.
