Grass roots?

Not sure if this is in the right place, just wondered if anyone has worked for Grass Roots mystery shopping? Reason I ask is I am registered with them and heard nothing, then yesterday I had an available assignment in my area, I accepted this one as I am happy to do it. Then today there was 2 more available assignments for the same company, I missed out on one, but accepted the other. I guess what I want to know is do they actually pay out etc?

Thanks

    Hello,
I have done an assignment for them which was pretty good and well organised. they sent me a pack which explained it all and you can fill out their forms on paper and then transfer it to the online system. I found it easier to go straight to the online system as quick as possible after the assignment while it was still fresh.
I paid out of my own money and i think they got the code of the receipt. i was paid at the end of the following month. I don't get many offers in my area unfortunately which match my availability but they were fine in regards to payment.
Just follow the instructions very carefully.

Yes they do.....if I remember correctly they have 2 pay dates per month, something like 1st & 15th (i think?).

You need to be quick to pick up the jobs, also they can be a bit of a mither if you live in an area they have a lot of jobs in, as they will call you & ask you to take them....up to 3/4 times a day for me (eventually I asked them to stop calling, & said if I had wanted the job I would have taken it from their website....)

They do pay out though, and tend to have quite interesting jobs too...

Hi rusty! I just accepted an assignment from same company and the other one went while I was online but then I saw the note saying you could only do one for that particular company for obvious reasons.
I am new to this and have done my stuff online but now trying to get through to them as they have a question for me but tried 4 times now!!!
Hope I get paid as they keep mentioning if you don't do this and that we can't pay you so hope its not an excuse not to pay!!!

    Thankyou for the replies,

Well my first job with them is at Asda, I have to spend a minimum of £1 and they will pay me £11 (£1 pay back and £10 fee for doing the job) i have just moved my shopping day from Thursday to Friday so suited me just fine. The second one which i accepted today was with Barclays bank in the next town (one locally had been and gone already) I accepted this and I have to enquire about opening an account etc ... they are paying me £45 to do this which is why I asked if they actually paid out etc.
