I have been a seller om ebay for nearly 9 years, in that time I have never sought to rip anyone off and always done my very best when things have not turned out right. I am honest and trustworthy and I lnow you only have my word for that but I am.
I sell electrical goods which are tested and shown working prior to shipping them out via DHL. However I have now had 4 consecutive buyers leave negative feedback for non working goods and of course 4 paypal chargebacks. I only see Ebay as one thing now and that is a license for legal theft. People are fully aware that they can claim something as non working and paypal will give them their money back and to add insult to injury they make sure that they harm your future prospects for selling while they are at it knowing full well that I can do NOTHING. I have no reason to send anything out as faulty, it is not in anyones interest that I do so as if they return the item we both end up out of pocket. I have never had a problem with the low value non electrical goods.
I am totally (add expletive ) off. I have just had enough of buyers being able to walk all over me.

4 in a row is pretty seriously unlucky. Are you certain there's nothing in your listings or communications putting them off contacting you?
(I'm thinking along the lines of 'ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS
)
Alternatively... could these buyers be connected?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
It is 4 electrical items in a row, I also sell smaller goods which I have plenty of good feedbacks for.Loving the dtd thread. x0

Good point, I get absolutely NONE of my ebay messages and if I didn't bother to log in and check for new ones I would never know they were there.
