incorporating limited company

Options
I want to register a limited company, which I can do online for £20. I wont be registering it as dormant, but it will basically be a dormant company for maybe a year to 18 months.

What will I need to do with regards to accounts and things? I dont really want to pay an accountant to post accounts and wondered if this was something i could do myself as there wont really be anything to report.

You would need to make nil returns to Companies House (for which I think they charge you in the same way as if the company was trading).
£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths

So it sounds do-able myself... and i'm guessing the companies registered address i'll just put as my home address (or get a PO BOX from RM?)

    Hi,
I have a dormant company at the moment and have had for nearly 2 years. Got it to protect the company name I wanted. You simply file a return and if you do it via companies house online filing system you tick a box for dormant company. Pretty easy. You can do it offline as well but it's dearer offline.

Yes you still need to pay for the annual return £15 online or £30 offline.

You will have to give a geographical address, a PO box number is not acceptable.
