The shimmer waves are fab because u can use each colour seperately or run a brush all over them to get either a bronzed look or illuminated look (depending if youre using 01 or 02). Oh and the bronze shimmer waves are fab as a contouring blusher!

There are alot of competitive brands which charge more than The Body Shop also...Bobbi Brown charges alot more for their shimmer block for example yet is nearly the same!

With alot of the shimmer/bronzing products i always talked about the way you can use them on neck/arms if going out in the evening aswell!

If you are doing eye make up i generally wouldnt use lots of colours as most people want a look they can recreate quite quickly without lots of blending/products. So for eyes i only ever used 2 colours max.

Hi all,
I'm desperately trying to place an order online and am scared i've messed it up.
Entered all customer orders, pwps, hosts free reward, n business tools i want no trouble. But when entering payments i am confused, put all my customers in which went fine, At the end of the order it said 'Totals' under this: order total:173.61, Amount paid: 197, Amount outstanding: (23.39)
my sales came to 198 with host spending £1 over free reward.
So I figured I owed the remaining 23.39 pretty much, when I entered payment for that it said amount outstanding as 40 odd pounds and I was confused so took my payment off and submitted it not thinking it'd work but was getting a bit frustrated and now it says order status as pending.
Does this mean my oredr has been sent? Just without the stuff I ordered? Still says 23.39 outstanding but I don't know how to get back to edit my order now and try and submit payment for that.
Help!
Sorry if it's obvious, I've tried care centre and they're closed, any help v much appreciated!

or...as all my customers paid by card, has it taken what i've oredred out of my comission, n the 23.39 is what's owed to me?? therefore when i tried to pay it the 23.39 went up to 40 odd or am I totally off the mark??
That just came to me lol, this is the first order i've tried to do n just so scared of over charging my customers or thinking i've ordered the'r products correctly n haven't or something!

This months kit build (which was meant to have started today) does anyone know why it's not showing up yet? Just checked last months Be inspired mag and says ordering period 7th Nov- 14Dec yet it's not on.

Had a weird party tonight.. 15 guests....1 outside order but only £300 sales. about 4 ppl didn't order anything, just went for the free wine and food me thinks!! got 2 parties out of it though which takes me to 10 for this month alone!

Katy normally when an amount is shown in brackets, it means there has been an overspend due to your commision so the commision you are eligable for will go into your ac via bacs transfer. HTH

Thankyou cherrypie, i've realised now that's what was owing to me, minus what I had ordered, not what I had to pay. Just panicked a bit incase I had submitted it wrong!

Hi Claire, if you log in as normal and go to ordering-del to host. Where you would normally put your standard order in, click the search button instead and then in the description box type in body butter, all the ones that arn't in the cat are there.

Is there anyway of getting a full list? Or do people at parties tend not to ask for things that are not in the catalogue? Just I wont know prices of someone asks at the party :S
