i can eat sweet potatoes so can hubby ,
never tried butternut squash ,i think that may be something i should invest in ,,thank you0 -
Red pepper is nice raw. just cut up. Can use the other colours to make things look nice. But I dont think yellow or green taste as nice.
If you have a BBQ sweetcorn done on a BBQ is lovely, has a real popcorn flavour to it.
What about omletts? They are nice and easy to bash out and can put whatever in them. I think you can bake them in the oven and they come out more puffed up. (cant remember the proper name)
Chicken dipped in flour then egg and finally breadcrubs. Then fried (I do it on the george forman grill, but it does need oil brushing over it)
What about kebabs?
Chicken, steak, peppers, mushrooms.
Then done on a griddle pan or prob under the grill would work.
Hope that gives you some more ideasJeremyMarried 9th May 20090 -
Can you all eat nuts? Nut loaf could make a change; we often have a slice of it with boiled rice and a little HM sweet'n'sour sauce. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
