Best 0% cards and Egg 0% Question

Time for some more stoozing and wanted to know the 2 best 0% cards at the moment that are fee free, was going to apply for the Natwest and Lloyds TSB as both are 0% and don’t charge a fee, got a current account with both (Natwest one is a bit dormant but sees some small activity) so will that improve my chance of getting a decent credit limit?
Also it could possibly be the case that I may have a month of my 0% period left with my Egg card once it’s cleared, can I SBT during this month? Or can I only do this during the actual anniversary month?
TIA
