If it helps I used to have a co op account. But it was closed by them as Sky kept trying for payments on wrong dates. Which meant I broke the rules by bouncing DD.

However they opened an account for me over the phone. A couple of weeks ago. Lady said they have fair customer policy, I explained i was filing BR and sure enough within 8 days I had it all up and running.

Keep us posted but I'm sure they will be ok.

i just posted a letter to appeal agaisnt their decsion. i explained that after being referred i was accepted then refused why ? anyway hopefully it will be ok .

my previous accoutn went into overdraft cause of a cheque , at the time i was changing form halifax to the coop.. halifax mess me around big time !

anyway i just found out i will have my OR meeting next thursday eekk eeek talk about stressfull day lol

and to top it all i after the coiuncil tried to pass my Council arrears to the bailiff for collection. i sent again a copy of my bankruptxcy order to which i had a weird reply saying they will go back to me while they make a decision on the outcome !?!?!? i am bankrupt and my council arrear went straight into my bankruptcuy file !
