I joined Talk Talk for their 3 month free calls trial and I'm now going back to BT for my calls (well theoretically, as I plan to use an access code for a cheaper service).
Nice man on the phone offered me a free paper shredder as I'm coming back to BT.
Very nice as I was still paying them for line rental anyway and have only been a customer since May (previously on Telewest until i moved home).
