After a successful upgraded to AVG 8.0 can anybody tell me what path I need to link to in the MSN file scanning option.
Scanning keeps failing but that because its still linked to the old 7.5 path

I don't have MSN here, but surely you just fo into tools>options>file sharing, and browse to the AVG folder and find the .exe file?0

Its the ".exe" thats the problem. 7.5 had 4 different exe files in there and for ages I had the wrong one flagged. Want to try and make sure I get the right file first time if possible. As long as I know which file it is then I can sort out the configuration0 -
Try:
"C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG7\avgw.exe" /SE
Just change the AVG7 to wherever AVG 8 is installed to.0
