Capital One - 17 months 0% on BT's

Capital One have today improved two of their card offerings.
The BT + Purchase Card now has 17 months* 0% on BT's.
The Platinum Card now has 16 months* 0% on both BT's and purchases.
Both products have a 3% BT fee, and require an "excellent credit rating" (as defined by Capital One on their website).
