Hello All,
Wondered if anyone can shed any light on the following problem.
I am setting up a new business and have recently had all logos designed etc, and have my main letterhead logo saved on my desktop as a Word template this was originally sent via my graphic artist as a pdf doc and has been converted to word.
My current internet provider is Sky.com, but most of my emails are sent using googlemail.com so are sent via this route rather than via outlook express.
However when I try to any email using both options the googlemail one says cookies needs disabling which i have done but still persists in sending same message before I can send anything, then if i try to send this letterhead via outlook express for some reason Windows Live box pop up and try to send and error message comes up with wrong server error, which used to be virgin.net. Incidentally I only updated my server and connections with sky having spoke to their tech team, whereas before I could not use outlook express etc.
Long winded I know can anyone offer any help?
