    I don't know any answers but what a nightmare, I don't know why the law allows this sort of bullying because that is what it is

    get to your own lawyer and ask to see witness list and statements.

    Sounds like hes gonna be dragged over the coals in the process of doing it to you , even though hes self repping he still has to follow the law in the court.Wouldnt suprise me if he ended up in contempt , usually these arrogant asses are shown up when self repping...think mccartney.

    If there has ever been violence from him , not just against you , then get protection orders ready before the outcome.Sounds like someone thats about to go over the edge , tragically they can take others with them.

    It may be worth a court ordered psyke eval as condition for seeing kids , if there is any kids, and that they are always supervised in social work offices not at home.Cctv your house , and make sure its secure , even if its never needed its always too late afterwards.
