Final Bill???

I have switched from British Gas for dual fuel to scottish power about 4-6 weeks ago (this was when i rang and gave my final meter readings) but i've yet to recieve my final bill from British Gas. No doubt i'll owe something even though i've always been in credit (same thing happened with Npower when i switched from them)
Any idea on how long it takes to get your final bill????
