become a coproducer

I have just completed a survey from You Gov, which asked me if I would like to join a new company call coproducer. When you join up they will ask you to help develop ideas, plot lines etc for a new film. You will not be asked to back the film, but if the film makes money, 55% will be paid to people who helped it via coproducer. Its all just in the start-up stage and it will take about 12 months for a film to get from an idea to on the screen, has anyone here heard about this company? The website is www.coproducer.org its only one page and asked you for your email address to sign up.

I did a check on the domain name. The Coproducer website is in the name of Stephan Shakespeare who is also the founder of YouGov. Very interesting idea. I wonder how successful it will be. I've signed up to put my penn'eth worth in.0

"Poor reality-show executive goes on reality show to find success"
A documentary? Simon Cowell when the recession hits and nobody can afford to phone vote for his "I want to be an untalented nobody on the telly for 16 weeks" shows?
Addition: Some of them sound like really naff films on the face of them but could be really good done as a comedy.0 -
I signed up for this as well after completing the yougov survey. Also interested to see how it goes.0

I signed up too and I agree, some of the ideas were abysmal BUT if done as a comedy they could really work so I am interested to see what happens.
Thank you for sharing the link.
